Gary Southall – The best looking Bloke in Kiddy!
Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund is the only national charity dedicated solely to beating pancreatic cancer through research. With a 3% survival rate, more research is vital. In the past, this cancer received little attention. With your help, we can change this so more people beat pancreatic cancer.
Gary Southall started The Kiddies Day Nursery with Denise, a constant in the history of the nursery and known by many families as they came to the Kidderminster and Stourport nurseries. He had seen parents bring children, and children then bring their children!
Keeping both nurseries working and looking good, Gary was not only the co owner, handyman, he was a life long friend to Denise and a Dad to Sofia.
Gary lost his fight with pancreatic cancer after being diagnosed in March 2015 and passed away in May 2016
Donations will mean more research so that fewer people will suffer from this awful cancer in the future. We will be donating half of all enrolment fees for the nursery in Gary’s memory
On behalf of Gary, we all thank you very much.
July 19: From last financial year’s enrolment fees we have donated half to Pancreatic Cancer Research; £405 and from this financial year’s enrolment fees we have donated £370. His Just Giving Page has now reached £2028 in donations.
Oct 17: At The Kiddies Day Nursery every new child pays a £20 enrolment fee. Kiddies donates half to Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund. This contribution of £420 is from their last financial year. Many thanks for your continued support.
