has the benefit of not only 100% qualified nursery nurses caring for the younger ones in the Klub,
but also half the workforce have chosen to now be qualified in Playwork,
which has given them insight into the needs and benefits of the older members of the Klub.
50% staff further qualified in 2009 EYFS Certificate
Since legislation 2009 introduced the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) into early years,
50% of our staff working throughout the age groups chose to study for the CACHE Level 3 Certificate in EYFS;
to further prepare themselves for the needs of all the age groups and
to give them the training necessary to develop long term planning sheets and daily lesson plans
to stimulate and encourage the children to explore and investigate the world around them.
