Lisa joined The Kiddies Day Nursery in October 2000 as an NVQ Level:2 childcare trainee. She continued to train toward her NVQ Level:3 in childcare and became an ‘employed trainee’ two years later. Lisa has continued to receive supplementary training in 1st Aid, Food Hygiene and Child Protection. Lisa continues her professional development by attending regular workshops on current updates as dictated by legislation. Lisa is a senior staff member at the Stourport nursery, working closely with the Manager. Lisa was Employee of the Year – 2010. Lisa converted her childcare qualification to include L:3 Playwork in December 2009. Currently Lisa is studying for her Team Leader qualification.
Lisa is married to Lee and together they have a son Jack who attends our Stourport nursery.
